Special Class Program International FKUI!!

Faculty of Medicine Indonesia (FKUI) Faculty of Medicine is the oldest and best in Indonesia. By continuing to follow the globalization era and rapidly growing field of science in medical technology, and since 2000 FKUI cooperation with Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences University of Melbourne has inaugurated the International Classroom Program, and in 2008 FKUI to expand cooperation with Faculty of Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences, Monash University.

International Class Program is designed to develop professional action and use the curriculum of international standards. Conditions in teaching and learning activities to make students develop their learning and how to explore abilities through a variety of academic resources to enhance capacity in the field of medical science.

FKUI will produce doctors who are able to compete with graduates from other states and has international competence.

Purpose

1. Print international graduates in the field of medical science
2. Provide wider opportunities for graduates to pursue graduate studies in international medical schools
3. Giving graduates the opportunity to compete at the international level

Teaching Methods

Teaching in the International Classroom Program conducted in English. Teaching and learning activities held on campus FKUI - Salemba, and FKUI teaching hospital. Teaching activities include:

Education description:
Semester I:
General Education and Basic Sciences Medical Education

Semester II - VI:
Medical Education Basic Skills Clinic is integrated with the Basic

Semester VII-VIII:
Research activity: Laboratories, medical centers, hospitals, the study of literature and databases (implemented in Australia, Monas University or Melbourne University)

Semester IX-XII:
Clinic and Practices in Public Health with a choice of programs and Elective posting.

Certification:
1. Bachelor of Medical Science (Monash or Melbourne University)
2. Bachelor of Medicine (University of Indonesia)
3. Doctor (University of Indonesia)

General Provisions:

* High School Graduates
* Graduated High School both from Indonesia and an international school with a domestic or foreign certificate recognized by the Ministry of Education of Indonesia.
